Who we are
Hora is a service of AWWWOS c/o Amos Cimpean, Paseo de Pujades 25, 3º 2ª, 08018 Barcelona, Spain (“we”). These terms apply to every Hora order.

What you get
A ten-minute conversation about your business. We build your website from what you share. A real designer goes through it and finishes it. Once we have everything we need, your finished website is live within 24 hours, with your approval. Up to five pages, or one long page with up to four subpages, with words and visuals made for your brand, built to be found by Google and by AI assistants. We connect your domain at launch. Hosting is part of Hora Care, or we hand the site over to your own account. The site is yours to edit afterwards.

Price and payment
The price is shown on the site at the time you reserve: 2,500 € fixed, or 1,500 € for the first fifty founding clients. VAT is applied as the law requires and shown on the invoice. A deposit of 150 € holds your day and counts towards the price. The rest is invoiced after your day and can be paid by card or in twelve monthly instalments. Add-ons you choose (online booking, a second language, a photo shoot) are quoted on the call and invoiced with the rest.

The deposit
Refundable in full until your day starts, no questions asked. Once your day has started, the deposit is part of the price.

What we need from you
Ten minutes of your time on the call, the facts about your business, and answers to our questions within a reasonable time. If you already own a domain, access to it. You are responsible for the content you give us being yours to use.

Changes
The designer’s notes and fixes are included. Afterwards you can edit the site yourself. Larger changes are quoted, or covered by Hora Care.

Hora Care
149 € per month: hosting, domain and SSL, unlimited content edits, 10 credits a month for larger additions, and a monthly check. Billed monthly, cancel any month.

Ownership
Your site, your content and your domain belong to you. We may show the finished site as an example of our work unless you tell us not to.

Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual duties limited to the foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the legality of content you provide.

Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in remain in force.
