Who is responsible

When you visit this site
The site is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you open a page, the hosting servers process the technical data your browser sends (IP address, time, page, browser type) to deliver the page and keep it secure. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising scripts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

When you reserve your day
Payment runs through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details on its own pages and sends us your name, email, the amount and the options you picked. We use this to hold your day, contact you and issue your invoice. Legal basis: the contract with you (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

When you write to us
We keep your email and what you tell us about your business for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you become a client, to build and look after your site. Legal basis: the contract with you, or our legitimate interest in answering your request.

Your website
The texts, images and details you give us for your site are used only for your site. We do not pass them on, except to the services needed to build and host it.

How long we keep data
Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Everything else we delete when it is no longer needed.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, receive a copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@amoscimpean.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
